These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of queso.camp (the “Service”). By using the Service or subscribing to alerts, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
queso.camp monitors publicly available campsite availability information and notifies you when sites matching your interests appear to open up. It is an informational convenience tool.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of recreation.gov, the National Park Service, the U.S. Forest Service, or any government agency or reservation provider. All bookings, payments, cancellations, and camping activities are handled directly by those providers under their own terms.
Availability data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and a site shown as available may be taken by the time you attempt to book it. We do not guarantee that any alert is timely or correct, that any site will be available, or that you will be able to make a reservation. You are solely responsible for verifying availability and completing any booking. We are not liable for missed reservations, fees, or any losses arising from your use of the Service.
By opting in to SMS alerts, you consent to receive automated text messages from queso.camp at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorized way, scrape or overload it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service’s design, text, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Campground data belongs to its respective sources.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, queso.camp and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of reservations, opportunities, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
